agreed, its definitely happening in D mode as you say, because if you're right foot off in D going downhill, charge bars increase on the meter  8)

per the OP question - im an Eco button regular user, find it doesn't dull the response on the accelerator as much as I was expecting it to, so am quite happy with it  ;D
