Pollen filter....

Ive just replaced my pollen filtet on my 2009 SE.

Should the filter have a plasic 'cage' only the one i took out & fitted was just a paper filter...no plastic housing that you see on youtube & ebay....

Do Honda filter have the enclosure, or again is it just a paper filter??

I have the genuine Honda pollen filter and i don't think it has a plastic housing but just sort paper/cardboard.

It's too freezing cold (and dark) to go checking in our car

That is the air filter tray that's already in the car! There you put the new filter in.
