Jazz juddering and vibrating on uphill (re: friend's Honda jazz CVT)

   Got this friend's honda jazz Automatic 05 plate, vibrating and juddering upon uphill climb or whenever it need to pull at speed, got any ideas on this...it has full service history and had changed transmission fluid aboout 6 mos ago but didnt help at all.

I dont drive CVT so dont have any ideas on this hope other have this experience on the jazz cvt's.
Any ideas....

Was the correct fluid used?

might be engin mountings.

hi engine mountings are all ok,and transmission fluid was replaced by shop
by the what is correct transmission fluid for cvt jazz.

You need the special CVT-F oil for the CVT, normal ATF works poorly.

Plug energisers (coils)?  Neighbour's Hyundai performed like you described and after weeks of fiddling, they replaced 2 of these "coil-overs" and the shuddering disappeared.   It only manifested itself under load.

how is the jazz now? Juddering could be early signs of clutch packs needing replaced
