Radio Code Reset
« on: May 25, 2025, 07:31:58 PM »
Hi All

Hopefully, someone on this lovely forum can help me with a radio code resetting...

I removed my battery due to it being flat after a month of disuse. It's a Honda Jazz i-Vtec ES 2009 manual gearbox.

Unfortunately, I now need to enter the radio code, which I am unable to locate. It's not in the car manual or any other documentation that came with the car when it was acquired 12 years ago 2nd hand. Not even on a sticker under the dashboard or glove box.

I have my RADIO Serial Number and I have found the Radio Code which is apparently the correct security code for my vehicle:

However, the input buttons on my radio panel only go from 1 through to 6 and am unable to input the number '9' digit. Is there another series of steps I can take to input this digits ?

Your assistance would be most appreciated in this matter.

Thanks in advance.

Are you sure its the correct code? Mine only has digits between 1 and 6.  I bought my code off someone on ebay.  I just gave them the serial number and they emailed me the correct code.

Thanks for the advice on obtaining the code via eBay. I'm glad to say, it worked!
