Correct gearbox oil grade

Hello.Have just bought a 2012 1.4 honda fit hybrid. Please can anyone recommend the correct oil for the gearbox and is there a filter that also needs to be changed. Many thanks in advance for any help provided.

I had it changed at the honda garage and they use honda genuine oil. But if you search the forum there's a post from someone suggesting a certain type from Total I believe.

The gearbox has both an internal and external filter. Both are only replaced by Honda after driving 200k KM .
