It might be a so-called cupped tyre. You can feel this: place your hand gently on either the inner or outer edge of each tyre and move your hand back and forth around it. It should feel smooth both ways; in case you feel a difference (like going back and forth across a grater (don’t try this, use your imagination
)) you have cupped tyres.
In case your tyres are cupped: swap them from left to right (rotation in opposite direction) or replace them.
Another method to check it: drive 130 mph and you should also hear it but 1 octave higher in pitch
