I won't be bothering with them this year as the car is out of warranty. The first two services seemed ok if not a bit expensive for the amount of work but then you expect that from a main dealer. However when I picked the car up on its last service the wiper blade on the rear window was split, I'd told them this when I dropped it off but they obviously didn't tell the mechanic. When they produced the service sheet it had a nice tick in the box to say it had been inspected and is ok which someone had signed for, my question was if they miss something as simple as this whats the chances of getting the difficult stuff right? My advice is do it yourself if you are confident and have some mechanical aptitude or use an independant garage but check on reputation. I'm lucky I have three good ones within walking distance of my house.
