Does anyone know whether the very early honda GD jazz made before 1st January 2006 (Euro 4 start date) is exempt from the forthcoming ULEZ charges?

TFL suggests 'some' cars made after 2001 are exempt.

Sadly it does not list Jazz models made before 2005, and TFL's own checker is not available.

Update: TFL's checker is available.  2002 and 2003 CVT Jazz appears to be exempt from ULEZ charges.

just checked my 07 jazz 1.4 which after oct 2021 has to pay £15 congestion charge 2 weeks ago it was exempt. but now charges are applied as from end of october 21

Don't think you have that right. Checked my 2006 and I only have to pay the £15 Congestion Charge in Central London but not in the ULEZ.

yes but a couple of weeks ago it was free .. only since end of october the new charges came into force.. i have to shoot a charity fashion show there on the 20th. the organiser contacted me last month so i checked then .. but now its a £15 charge.. but anyway ive got someone else to go with me and their driving lol

On 25 October 2021, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expanded from central London up to (but not including) the North Circular and South Circular roads. The new zone is 18 times the size of the central London zone and now covers 3.8 million people. Most vehicles driving in the ULEZ must meet tight emission standards or pay the daily charge.

All vehicles except EVs and the like have to pay the congestion charge and always have done.
From 25th October vehicles that do not meet the emission regulations have to pay the ULEZ charge which covers the area outside the Congestion Charge zone. The Jazz (certainly from 2006) meets these emission regulations and does not have to pay the ULEZ charge but has to pay the congestion charge - as it always has.

Congestion charge, Central London only for all Jazz models 2002-2008 as it always has been, it is ULEZ compliant hence no additional charge.

My 2008 is the same . . .  congestion YES     ULEZ  NO

your right guys.. just rechecked. but honest i checked a couple of weeks ago and it stated no charges ? maybe a glitch lol
