Honda Jazz Ex 2010 1.4 vs Honda Jazz Ex 2011 1.4

Dear Jazz users

I am looking to buy one the price came up is 3400 - 3900

Can you pls help what is the difference between these 2. I was told in 2011 they had suspensions issues which was rectified in 2011 but I am not sure

Can anyone list the differences pls.

The Mk2 Jazz was facelifted in early 2011, I don't know all the changes but a major change was a return to the CVT automatic gearbox with torque converter clutch. The earlier model had the i-shift box which was an automated manual and not very popular. I have never heard of suspension problems on the earlier model but I believe that the 2011 uplift revised the suspension settings making them a bit softer, something that has happened progressively throughout the life of the Jazz.

i am in a smiliar situation as well. i had the 09 ex model, and now looking 2011+ ex or hybrid model.

The Jazz is an extremely reliable car so if the difference is just mileage  I wouldn't let a few extra miles put you off the 2011 model. My 2006 has done 128,000 miles, pulls like a train and runs as sweet as a nut.

Gr8 stuff thank for the swift responses after having toyota for last 10 year I am looking to move to Jazz would highly appreciate any advise as I was comparing with toyota auris.

Search for av £ on what car , autotrader.
Jazz of that age 10 yrs it all about the condition, wheel damage make of tyre,
your better protected if buying from dealer than private.
Dont be focussed on mileage.
I always -
check mot history on govt website
then check if taxed last v5 issued
then pay for HPI Experian check even for £1500  cars when asked by friends.
