Pity. I bought Honda to avoid these long term problems, so dissapointed.
And you will most probably rewarded by your choice, as the Honda e:HEV drive train keeps the ICE in one of several highly optimized load levels which prevent unwanted carbon build up.
As you have your car only for a few weeks you may not yet have noticed how clear the motor oil stays (which in my book is a tribute to clean / complete combustion).
