Acura parts for Honda Jazz

Hi all,

I'm struggling to find UK stock for a Jazz part.
Online I see Acura parts with the same part number as the UK Honda Jazz.

Can anyone see any issue with buying a US Acura part for my Jazz?

The MK4 Jazz isn't available in the US so I'm surprised they have parts for it

Parts are sometimes shared across Honda models.
Some Acura models use the same parts as the Jazz.

Does anyone know if I can use the Acura part in a Jazz if it's the same part number?

I don’t know what I’m talking about (no change there then!) but I would think that a part number is unique to each part, regardless of which model it’s used in.

If its the same part number it may fit.  Various Honda models may use the same small component parts such as sensors, 

If the Acura part was available in the UK I would say give it a try as it could be relatively easily obtained , and returned if necessary.   But USA suppliers may not be prepared to ship to the UK, or it would be time consuming and expensive ,with little chance of returns.   Depends if you are willing to write off the time delay and costs if it doesnt work.
