hi all can anyone tell me if what i have recently heard is correct??? I am thinking of trading in my jazz for either a new jazz hybrid or one 12/18months used someone told me that if you have a problem with the car and it is under honda warranty you have to book it it ( 0k) and pay £80 fee to ascertain the fault if it is covered under the warranty you get it repaired / replaced and your money refunded this to me seems crazy?? i feel if something was wrong on a new car /used with warranty you can get into all sorts of arguments with the dealer splitting hairs over whats covered and whats not i had a situation on my present jazz when under warranty it had its mot with dealer and was told the dust cover on the drop link was missing ( mot fail) £120 to replace not under warranty about £ 29 with euro parts they would not budge yet was also told that rear shock very slight oil misting( advisory) asked to have it replaced under warranty took three weeks for honda to ok and replaced no charge??? this does not seem right any advice???
