honda jazz 2058 plate

I bought a jazz new in 2008 , in that time my aerial fell off . I didn,t do anything about it as my radio still worked ok . Since then my petrol fuel door has fallen off taking the cap with it . I took it to the dealer who sold me the car and he said it must have been vandalism as these parts dont just fall off .
there is no signs of any tampering .scratches etc , they just wont accept these have fallen off. anyone else had any of these sort of problems .
