Happy Friday folks,

I'm a first time poster so please be kind!

Long story short but in an early morning hurry I attempted to jump start my wife's automatic 2007 forgetting that my vans battery terminals were backwards.......The 80 amp battery fuse blew which I replaced along with a new battery, as soon as the battery is connected the ABS pump sounds like it is constantly spinning/pumping?? and the ABS light is on. I've taken out the 30 amp abs fuse for now but any advice at this stage is welcome before I take it to someone more learned than me!

 this is the noise: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2q3udhfgdjudcyi/2021-10-22%2015.14.03.mov?dl=0

Also, whilst i'm here, I used a Pearl PWN663 Slow Blow Fuse-Screw Fit 80A - is this ok??

You probably have the answer to this by now?
The running abs pump is normal when you turn on the ignition, it’s normally so quiet you have to place a screwdriver onto the motor housing and place an ear to the handle to hear it? It should stop when you turn off the ignition. I would be tempted to install a second hand pump motor to see if that fixed the problem?
