The pictures are of a RHD, UK, Japan... In LHD cars the knobs are mirrored:

Thanks for the information ,
i noticed that there is also a symbol next to the fan speed button (maybe an arrow pointing down) that is not present in my car, what is it?
Greetings

You mean the symbol with the 3 red leds above it? That's the same as you see at the left side: that's for the heated seats (in the picture they are on full force  :o ).

Several people have mentioned that the car seems to have a built in programmed running in period, as the car favours the petrol engine more as the miles build from new.

I think it has more to do with lower ambient temperature and you liking a warm cabin than with a programmed running in period...

When the engine is running for a while, just push the left button with the ventilator icon on/off sign to switch off the heating and fan.... suddenly you are in EV.
Switch on again and there's your engine again...

No,
I mean this of the photo

It says Ion above the symbol on the Japanese Honda site as there is a HD photo:

Perhaps there is a filter on the Japanese version?

Along with the wireless charging pad (which, in Europe, is just the tray about the drive selector).

I don't see the point of turning the main heat off and relying on heated seats and steering wheel just to save a few bob or fewer petrol visits.

It's helpful if you're doing a short trip of less than 10 minutes where the fan won't get much heat into the cabin anyway.

This symbol is plasma cluster air purifier , probably fitted only on JDMs…..
European models not have it.
