We have an engine management light flashing on our 1.2 2006 Jazz. We have replaced all 8 spark plugs, 4 front coils, 4 fuel injectors and the diagnostics are still showing that cylinder 2 is misfiring.
The car is still sluggish to respond compared to normal, and seems to be consuming more petrol.
Is there anything else we can try please?

May sound obvious but what about the rear coils?
Especially cylinder 2?
Also have you checked all the ignition wiring?
EGR valve could also be a culprit with general bad running

Rear coils are more likely to fail than front for two reasons, rear plugs are often not replaced and gap gets large which stresses the insulation of coil and rear coils are closer to exhaust manifolds and run in a hotter place.

Swapping the ignition components for cylinder 2 to an alternate location will narrow down the culprit.
If it's still c2, then check the condition of the plug/socket connected to the coil pack on c2.
