Title: It's back with the dealer!
Post by: Nixtoo on April 07, 2016, 09:39:54 PM
We sent in our new Jazz today for a towbar to be fitted, they've had problems with the electrics so have kept it. Unfortunately we're away and won't get it back for over a week. Fortunately we still have our old Jazz to use. Not got much confidence with the dealer!
We also asked the about mk2 alloys on the mk3, there only response 'another customer tried they fitted but the car handled funny' great technical response! Honda UK said ask your dealer.

Honda Uk are useless
if you need any advise or you feel your dealer isn't giving the correct advice
you would think your next point of call would be honda uk WRONG as they will
only tell you to talk to your dealer, how rubbish is that.

We also got a funny response from the dealer about the tyre pressure warning. What they should have said was, 'you need to reinitialise the system every time you alter the tyre pressures' (which was simple to do with the help of you tube).
What they actually said 'you've proberly got a nail in it!'
