Hello guy's can someone verify when the oil needs changing in an iShift gear box? Ive done a search and nothing is coming up for the iShift and also lost the will to live with the service manual lol. Thanks I'm trying to get to the bottom with this clack noise or clunk when going into first gear .

I am afraid I am to lazy to go outside and look at the book of words. Have you got the black plastic wallet with your hand book in? In the wallet should be the service book, in the service book are all the requirements. I think from memory you are alright for a few years yet.
Yesterday, in heavy traffic box changed down to first. CLUNK.
Personally, if it's only when the box goes from 2nd into 1st at more than stop, I would try and ignore it.
If you are concerned, either contact Honda and ask them or go back to the dealer you bought it from and give em hell, even if it's all OK. Doesn't hurt to let them know that customer is king!!!!!!!!!!!!

In other words, they don't know how to cure it.

"I think they could fix it", if could be bothered? I suppose its about getting past their diversion tactics at main dealers, especially service departments, in my opinion there all the same . VW being the worst culprits !!
