Can anyone help?? I have a 52 plate Honda Jazz and have just bought a single slot CD Player but for a newer model. The ariel input on my current stereo is the standard round pin, but the input on this new player is a rectangular pin - Honda say they don’t provide an adaptor, does anyone know how I may be able to install the new player??

Is this new CD player like that fitted to 2004-07 models?
I don’t know if this would be of help:

EDIT: Just to check:

Looking at this diagram, the CD changer connector is circled in red. To the left of that is a round socket - is this the ariel socket you mean? Thanks.

Hi
The circle to the left is the ariel port that is on my old stereo and the new one I have has the new port for the newer models
edit…
I have also looked at the link you sent through to Clarion, and that seems to only adapt to a standard fit not the connecion on the CD player that the image shows - any other suggestions???

Odd. According to the clarion link the Jazz shouldnt need a ariel adapter, suggesting that all Jazz’s should use the same ariel socket?

I know! They have changeg the ariel socket on the back of the unit itself from a standard round ariel port to a rectangular one!
