Title: Jazz ES Plus announced £14,495
Post by: guest334 on July 02, 2013, 04:49:22 PM
ES Plus will feature a number of improvements over the current ES trim, with 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, privacy glass and leather wrapped steering wheel fitted as standard. The extra kit will be in addition to the standard features of the ES, which also features climate control, steering wheel audio controls and iPod connectivity.

The Honda Jazz ES Plus will only be available with the 1.4 i-VTEC petrol engine, which can be specified with either a five-speed manual or automatic CVT transmission. The 1.4-litre engine offers 50.4mpg in manual form, with the CVT offering slightly better fuel economy at 52.3mpg.

The entire Jazz range is also available with zero per cent finance, over three years, and up to £1000 deposit contributions, which means customers can drive away in a new Honda from £145 per month. The finance deal will be available from now until the 30 September.

Make your own mind up if its worth it?

0% finance is amazing.  The cheapest standard finance available here is 12.5%.  BMW has a finance plan at 6% apr and a extra R40 000 (£2800) trade-in allowance, so you could send anything that goes and still qualify.

Honda South Africa dealerships are owned by Mekor which is a division of a big bank, so no bargains there.  However, you can always get lots of specials and "ex-demo" models which are virtually new but 15% off retail, still with a 3 year warranty.

Sounds pretty well the same as the EX but without the glass roof.

Just a run out model to use up the parts supply bin.

Shame they called it 'Plus' - it conjures up images of early 90s special editions with a tilt/removable glass sunroof, body graphics, special seat trim and Clarion radio/cassette  :P
