Title: Confusion over Warranty

 Hi friends,

Just wondering how many of you had side view mirrors that went faulty, sent for repairs and was told it's not covered under Honda's warranty cos there were some minor scratches (no dents) on it???

Finding the rationale rather dubious.

What was the nature of the fault with the side mirrors?
