Title: Parking sequence

Hi. What is the best way to park a 2009 Honda Jazz automatic i-shift car? There seems to be conflicting information out there between handbrake first and then neutral or vice versa. There is no P (park) feature. I'm asking because I've read that parking it the wrong way can cause damage to the transmission. I'm in the UK. Thanks.
