As the owner of a 22 reg. car, I thought I may have had my recall by now.
Is my car too new, and already have the modified part, or am I “on the list”?

I'd check on the Honda Uk site for any recall
My 71 plate, Sep 21, was recalled last May. Not by letter but by me checking the website

That's here: https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/owners/recalls-and-updates.html (https://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/verschiedene/a046.gif)

Same here, no recall as yet for my 22 Jazz, even though the VIN number suggests that it comes within the suspected build time frame for the brake simulator failure.
You can also check recalls here:
https://www.gov.uk/check-vehicle-recall
Not unduly worried though, but still trying to decide if to keep the car or sell, given the very limited use it gets, with another car on the drive.

My E was 21 and eventually appeared on the Honda site and was done, but my Jazz was bought in Aug 22 but has a "P" 23 year in the VIN and has never appeared on the list.

72 plate here, and in the PS Vin series.. but as yet no recall and nothing on the Honda site. It has its 4th service in August, and by that time I will have completed around 43k miles.
I will ask a few weeks before the service, but I am not unduly worried as it appears Honda has accepted its responsibility to rectify the issue.
