Sounds good .
A bit like the Toyota scheme.
Hopefully will still apply if you buy the 5 year service plan.

It's about time.  But the way I read it, is that you must have your car regularly serviced at a Honda dealership and any work carried out on the car, in addition to services, must also be carried out at a Honda dealership.

That would work ok for me but with the number of dealerships closing, it may be difficult and expensive for some.
