Done yesterday, easier than expected.
Jazz 1.3 16v 6m Elegance, april 2017.
After 96000 miles, intake valves had increased the gap while exhaust valves were ok.
I've easily changed also the ancillary belt, ten minutes thanks to the automatic tensioner, it was still running but in bad conditions.
4,5 hours including oil and filters change and this is how an engine appears after 96000miles of high quality oil.

Engine still looks like new.

Our Jazz with 169k on the clock has never had them checked and it runs and sounds fine. I'm not as skilled or anywhere near as brave as you to check! That's one clean engine. 8) Testimony to regular servicing.
I've seen on YouTube modern engines on long life oil changes, 25k schedules, and they're absolutely gunked up by 100k. Oil is so cheap to replace compared to components damaged by long servicing schedules that only benefit fleet operators.

This car has been regularly serviced following the onboard maintenance reminder so sometimes at 12 months, sometimes at 20000km. Only Liqui Moly Special Tec AA 0W-20 or Mobil ESP LV 0W30, the cheapest I could find when I had to service, UFI or Mann filters, NGK spark plugs at 120000km. The engine looks very clean as throttle valve and intake manifolds, I was ready to remove carbon buildup and sludge but all was clean, quite new. Really impressive in a 155000km engine used in high speed highway, city and mountain with no care.
