Title: spark plug thread sizes

how come there are some plugs with 12mm thread and 14mm spanner size and some with 14mm thread and 16mm spanner size for the same car advertised on gsf car parts

the two listed in the owners book are both 12mm thread and 14mm spanner so why are there different thread for the same engine that oviously wont fit

GSF have obviously made a mistake in their listing, these things happen. If you feel public-spirited, you could contact them to tell them about it. You need one of those listed in the handbook.

Take one out and confirm before ordering if not 100% sure. They'd probably change them/refund you if wrong but why have the hassle?

thanks for the replys

i have not bought any yet and i have a 16mm long reach plug spanner i used on my civic but i guess the jazz needs a 14mm long reach socket with 12mm thread plugs

haven't changed the plugs yet but bought these in readiness.
on OH's GG Jazz the access looks worse than on my GK.

about £7 on ebay for the pair
