The 60/40 split rear seat on my Right hand drive car gives the 60% on the left side, behind the front passenger. This makes sense in countries such as the UK, and Japan , who drive on the 'correct' side of the road ( ;D :P)
A single rear seat passenger would tend to get in that side from the kerb and might benefit from a slightly larger seat area if the 40 % seat back was down. But is this enough of an advantage/problem for Honda to bother making and fitting different seats to left hand drive cars?
A quick check on Honda France site suggests the seats are the same, with 60% still on the left ,now behind the driver.
But, Quelle surprise , the photo is not entirely clear. There is a strategically placed bag obscuring the splits precise location . Maybe Honda dont want customers realising its biased for right hand drive . Perhaps I am being cynical. The UK site uses the same photo ,with bag ,even though the split is normal for the UK.
Can anyone with a left hand drive car confirm how the rear seats are arranged?
Just curiosity. I know there are far more important matters :-[

My Civic has 60% on the left side and 40 on the right. It’s left hand drive. So it seems they did not bother to produce 2 versions. It’s like that in all my Honda’s so far.
I like that you can choose between still having the arm rest available for the rear passenger or have more space for luggage. Which side to get in seems not so relevant to me.

I can confirm that the left side rear seat (behind the driver) is wider, while the right side rear seat is narrower on my left hand drive Crossbar. I have not yet found it to be a problem, or an advantage eiher.
I have noticed that when I'm transporting some 2 meter long object inside the Jazz, I tend to fold down flat the right side front passenger seat, and also fold down the left side rear seat (the 60 % wide one).

I agree with my colleagues who are driving on the right side of the road.
When I had to load a wardrobe, I had to fold down both rear seats to rest the load on the armrest as well. If I had a passenger, he wouldn't have been able to get on.

Hi There,
On my 2014 jazz right hand drive the 60/40 split is 60 on the passenger side. This makes sense
as i can put long step ladder and long timber planks. By folding down 60 split and laying flat front
passenger seat, While still having passenger sitting in rear 40 seat.
Thanks Henry
