The differences can be very subtle!
Maybe the following link will help you? https://www.buyacar.co.uk/reviews/honda/jazz/2015/ (https://www.buyacar.co.uk/reviews/honda/jazz/2015/)
However it does relate to more recent mk's.
A photo showing the front light clusters and dash might help.

The differences in specification may change depending on the country it was sold when new.

The following site shows the specifications for UK cars, but the trims are called  S SE SE sport and sport.
The main difference is the S did not get air conditioning , electric rear windows or remote locking.   Top trim got full climate control.

https://www.parkers.co.uk/honda/jazz/hatchback-2002/specs/

But if your car was sold new, in a hotter southern european country  rather than Lithuania  even the lowest trim level may have come with air conditioning as standard.
You might be able to find a web site similar to Parkers  for the country where it was first registered.

Your car has fog lamps in the lower bumper. On the MK2 Jazz in the UK, only the posh models got those so I'm guessing you've got the SE? Sport models come with side skirts IIRC. You could phone your local dealer with the VIN number and ask them?
