Hi All
I have purchased an Honda Jazz 2019 in automatic where the seller said that he was using 0w30 oil.
Thats what bought but after further inspection the actual manual indicates that 5w30 is reccomended.
What should I do know?
Should I stick to 0w30 which I have already purchased?
Buy an 5w30 and add it to 0w30 once an oil refill is necceseary?
Change the oil all together or just not bother at all and go contiunue on ow30?

This is what my manual states
‘Honda Genuine Motor Oil
Honda ENG Oil #1.0
Honda Green Oil
ACEA A5/B5 or higher 0W-20’
0w-30 is absolutely fine

Seem to recall that the Spares Dept at "a Hertfordshire / South East U.K." Honda Dealer told me that 5w30 engine oil was ok for my 2017 JAZZ EX I-VTEC-CVT.
Think the 0w30 might have been in the sump when I purchased - couple of oil changes later (all 5w30) and I don't seem to get the initial mpg ~ imagination? Maybe my right foot is getting heavier?? :)

Ive using Castrol 5w30 A5 for the last year and it seems fine.
As long as it's 'A5' Spec oil then you should be fine.
