Spotted this in the latest Anglia Car Auctions sales listings. What a stunning little car. Love the colour and black stripe combo. 8)

Having a browse of the photos, there's a hatch that opens below the number plate. I'm guessing spare wheel goes in there, but how cool is that?

More than I'd want to resto, but what a find.

They were an update of the N600,
Lovely little air-cooled twin,

Also with an auto box


Spare wheel under the bonnet

Plastic boot lid

I worked on one of those once. Timing had slipped and bent the valves. Went to the knacker's yard.
