Hi guys. Recently bought a 2018 Jazz EX, and ever since having it there’s been this annoying squeak consistently within the top mm or 2 of clutch movement, and fairly regularly at the bottom of the travel and points through the motion when changing gear. It only seems to do it on the clutch coming back up. The dealer has changed the master cylinder and clutch pedal and it has made zero difference at all. I’ve linked a video, any ideas? It’s driving me absolutely wild. Cheers.

Surely just a characteristic and nothing to worry about.

I have really sensitive hearing and it drives me crazy. No way I can put up with it :(

We had this problem before and used this stuff to fix it.

I sprayed it generously around the piston area behind the pedal and gave the pedal a few pumps and sprayed again. The noise went away and came back a few weeks later, so I gave it another spray and we haven't had the noise for over 2 years now.

That is the problem with noises, once you've heard them, they do sadly drive you nuts.
Turn the radio up! That'll mask the noise.

After changing the master cylinder and clutch pedal itself, I found the issue which was the cruise control switch on the clutch.
