Hello and welcome, I am sorry I do not understand...
-
Benvenuto, ma...
Se trovi e usi Google translate.google.com, penso che sia meglio che tradurre tutto tramite Google, giusto?
Saluti dalla Polonia!

If anyone can help here is the text
Hello everyone I wanted to know how to disassemble the internal door panel of the Honda jazz Hybrid 2021 executive .... I found videos on YouTube but of previous models and they do not match .. Is it fixed only with clips? I don't see any screws
Welcome, but ...
If you find and use Google translate.google.com, I think it's better than translating everything through Google, right?
Greetings from Poland!
I was wondering how to remove the internal door panels of the new Jazz Hybrid executive .. I don't see any screws ... Is it only with the snap buttons on the perimeter?
Just use google translate from English to Italian

Just use google translate from English to Italian
Wouldn't it be easier if Frilly used Google translate Italian < > English for his question and for reading the answers instead of having every reader/responder here do that?
PS I suggested that to Frilly in his/her native language, using Google translate. Maybe that's so bad that he doesn't understand "my" Italian? ???

I doubt many Honda dealers have removed one yet either. . They may have instructions.
Its easy to cause damage to patterned plastic panels or break things if you are not sure of what you are doing, or use the wrong tools. In hot weather plastic is soft and easier to damage, in very cold weather it can be stiff and may crack if you bend it too much.
I have done the job on older cars that dont matter so much . Not sure I would even try on a Mk4. If you break something uncommon the part may need to come from Japan. Delay and expensive. There may be rattles and squeaks after the job. If something in the door has stopped working, Honda should repair it under warranty .
If you really must remove it yourself here are a few general tips that may help.
Fittings in the centre of the panel such as arm rests, door pulls etc are often fixed with screws for strength , and may need to be removed first. The screw heads may be hidden under a plastic cap, or something else has to be unclipped first before you can see the screw. You can often tell which parts that must come off first by how the plastic parts overlap each other at their joints ie which plastic is on top stopping the other being removed . Sometimes the joins abut each other indicating it might be possible to remove one without the other.
Snap buttons are more likely around the edges of the door panel (door card) . But there may be plastic lugs that fit into slots in the door metal work and things like that. You really need to go carefully, separating whatever snap button you can first , then looking carefully underneath to find the next one, and so on. It can be difficult knowing how much force is needed to separate a fixing, while not breaking things if you are doing it wrong.
Best to use special panel removal tools, which are often made of plastic. If levering apart a tight joint between two
plastic panels slipping in something like an old plastic credit card is less likely to cause damage than a metal tool.
I hope this translated ok
