afternoon all
is there any way of me knowing if my 2013 jazz has the tpms?
i suspect not seeing as i havent seen the 'deflated tyre with warning' icon flash on dash, and my n/s/f was low and only had 22 psi in...
daft question i know but is there an obvious way of finding out if tpms is fitted?
if not are the valve cap monitors reliable & any good?

Hi
Our 2014 SI does not have tpms but yours may do
External tpms works lovely on our jazz
I thought 2.2 psi was correct pressure. The correct pressure to set is shown on door pillar
Many thanks
John

Hi
Ah sorry it’s 2.2 bar. Old age creeping in fast
Here a picture of ours fitted
I have not a picture showing normal 4 wheels but it does work lovely and you can switch between pressure (bar or psi and temperature.
Many thanks
John

TPMS wasn't fitted to the Mk2 until the last year of production, so 2015. There MIGHT be the odd 2014 registered car with it but I've yet to see one myself.

For 2015 model year Honda fitted the pressure sensors to wheels, then went over to the ABS based system ( same as Civic 8th gen had ).
