I've read some customers (in different forums) complain about the larger wheels in the EX, saying that they affected the ride of the car.
Do you have experience of this? I was going to order the option of the reversing camera on the SR - which brings it closer to the EX in cost - because of this.
But maybe these were just a very few disgrunteld customers?
In your experience is the EX ride worse?

I've had 2 Mk3's. The first was an SE with 15 inch wheels and Michelin ES tyres. My current car is an EX with 16 inch wheels but with Dunlop SP2030s. I haven't noticed any difference to be fair but I do wonder if the Dunlops, a softer tyre than the Michelins are key here. Generally speaking most reviews of most cars say that the larger wheels with lower profile tyres result in a harsher ride.

I have the EX, but did the test drive with a 15 inch wheel model. On of the first things I noticed during the test drive was the firm ride. But I never found it uncomfortable (even on our terrible Belgian roads). After picking up my own car, the ride didn’t seem to be firmer.
I haven’t driven both wheel sizes back to back, but I don’t think there is a big difference between the two.

Given the Jazz it's not extra stiff or sporty car, there's really no noticeable difference - from a riding perspective - between 15" and 16" wheels: also the larger ones still carry tyres with a nice and comfy /55 sidewall.
I test drove twice the SR, then bought the EX, the experience with Rome's terrible road condition is more or less the same: Jazz is quite comfy, obviously in comparison to its market segment.
