Remember the Skoda advert but not the Accord one.
What does annoy me is when they use left hand drive cars in our TV adverts.
The same applies to the brochures, again left hand drive vehicles.
How difficult is it to use a right hand drive photo? The additional cost must be minimal.

:D Same as they always use good looking young couples driving cars on deserted city streets! Fantasy. :D

The Austin Metro one based on a foreign invasion when it chased all the Polos, 5s and Sunny etc. back to the ships. It did the trick as I kept telling my Dear Dad to change his VW Derby to a Metro...
Unfortunately in real life the Metro was no way as good as the foreign cars. I did learn on one in 1985 with BSM though. Shame had they worked with Honda like they did with the Acclaim, the car would have a "World Beater"!

My all time favourite is this one, which I shared in another thread a few days back...

Brilliant ! I forgot all about that one. Loving the soundtrack too. 8)
Mrs West saw this add in 2006. We bought the exact car a few years later once it depreciated sufficiently.

I remember this one, but sadly can't find it online.
The comedy duo Alas Smith and Jones parodied the advertisements in a sketch showing "Papa" kerb crawling looking for a prostitute, and accidentally attempting to hire the services of a girl who turns out to be "Nicole". (Wiki)
