Title: Mini Motorbikes

Six o'clock in the evening yesterday I passed in the opposite direction someone on a mini motorbike ('Mini Moto'). 30mph road with street lighting but he had no lights fitted to the bike and wasn't wearing a helmet.

What an idiot.
