Title: Catalytic converter lock

Has anyone had a catalytic converter lock fitted? If so where did you get it done. I have trawled the internet with no luck and can’t find any advice from Honda. My car is 2005 model

I would have thought that most garages or exhaust fitting bays would fit a customer supplied kit for the cost of an hour's labour.

My question was what lock has anyone fitted. I have looked at all the thread on here and everyone is taking in general terms. Can anyone actually say YES I fitted this one?

To be fair, you didn't ask what type of lock anyone had fitted, you asked where they had it fitted. As most of the manufacturers of these kits don't fit them to vehicles themselves, I thought I was being helpful.

There's been a few DIY solutions on here, but I can't remember anyone on here purchasing a commercially produced device yet.

I have phoned a main Honda dealer, who offered no help or advise. Every lock I can find on the web appears to be for vans only. Nothing for cars.

Anyone want to buy a 2005 Jazz. Good condition with new catalytic converter  ;D
