The Swedish car maker Saab is to be wound down after parent GM failed to find a buyer as part the US giant's restructuring:

No loss considering the mess GM made of Saab. Frankly, GM couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery never mind run a car company properly.

Very sad news. Maybe GM did not do the best for Saab but if they had not bought them then maybe they would have gone years ago.
