Honda FIT Headlight Stalk

Having a problem with my main beam not working. Headlights work fine just complete darkness when I switch to Main Beam.

After investigation I "think" i need to try a new headlight stalk.....but I have a Honda Fit (jap import) and the indicator is on the opposite side to the Jazz. I am looking to try and find a way of buying a headlight/indicator stalk on the RIGHT hand side.

Any suggestions

Have a word with a dealer see if they are the same. Maybe they are just fitted on opposite side
