That article refers to the older Insight.  The 2013 models are much more boring.  Although Honda South Africa list the car on their available models, last year they only sold 14 in the entire country.  Not a shred of advertising.  The Jazz Hybrid sells well, about 330 this year so far and it is not cheap and is in competition with the Yaris Hybrid which is much more modern looking and futuristic, and also 18% cheaper
