Car jerking when shifting to D or R
« on: January 20, 2018, 01:55:18 PM »
Hello Eversbody:
since 5 monthes I buy Jazz GD1 2003 138500 KM with CVT gearbox, when I buy it  I replaced the CVT oil with geniune Honda CVTF and very thing was OK, but now the car have jerk when I shift to D or R or S or L just after the engine warm and turn off the car and return on after 2 minutes, it is jerk one time or two then every thing will be ok, until I turn it off and still the engine warm, when it is cold no problem at all.
since two month I change the spark plugs.
the problem start when I replace thermostat valve.
I try to reset the CAR through 4-9 BOD pin but there is no metal in pin 9 jus a hole.
have anyone one this problem?

Was the car OK before the CVT oil change?
When was the CVT last changed before you changed it?
From what I understand two changes maybe needed, at least if the CVT is jerky - one to flush the system out and the second to replace the CVT oil. (I'm sure a CVT owner will confirm or deny that).
