This made me chuckle whilst watching the Six O'Clock News.

Germanys 'air force' would not bother her, they were supposed to be leading a NATO 'readyness' training exercise  and were embarrased to find out that most of their military equipment was un-serviceable due to various problems including a massive black hole in their spare parts store.  No wonder Trump piled into them about their commitment to NATO.

Among the failures: none of Germany’s submarines is operational, only four of its 128 Eurofighter jets are combat-ready and the army is short dozens of tanks and armored vehicles needed for NATO missions

Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

It is a sorry state of affairs we are ALL just to complacent, sooner or later we will need another Winston Churchill sadly men of that calibre are very few and far between, especially in the choices offered in Houses Of Parliament on all sides very sad state of affairs. Judging by the self serving actions of the present incumbents. Oh Well !!!

Love The News Quiz. I hear Jeremy Hardy passed away - I do not share his political views but he was a funny and witty man, and he is probably the most (only?) famous person to come from the town where I grew up.

Brilliant - my favourite is: "Tomorrow’s Health Walk will start at 10:00am. Meet outside the Chip Shop." Sounds like my exercise regime, that.  ;)
