DabMotion

I've put a DabMotion doofer in my Jazz, which lets me listen to DAB on the normal radio.  It's tuned by a gizmo that sits on the dasboard and transmits the frequency change etc wirelessly to the DAB unit lurking somewhere else. If anyone else is using one of these, what sort of battery life do you get in the transmitter? I'm only getting a couple of weeks, which seems ludicrous, and if the thing's faulty I need to get it sorted before the guarantee runs out!
