Transaxle oil seal leaking?

Hello everyone!

It's my first post on this forum. While doing the yearly maintenance on my wife's Honda, I noticed that something's leaking around the transaxle. I suppose it's the trans fluid leaking from the transaxle oil seal? If I do go ahead and order a new oil seal, are there any other seals/parts that should be changed while in there?


Any help is much appreciated.
