drivers electric window one click down

Hi, the drivers side electric window has stopped going down all the way with the one click of the switch.
Would this be rectified by a new switch or is there some other problem that causes this?

Have you tried resetting it as per owners manual?

just roll the window up and keep the switched pressed for a few seconds and then auto up/down will be restored
