I've got a chap from Arch Enemy coming out to me on Saturday to roll & pull my arches.
Should have my alloys back on by the weekend. ;D

Can't wait!

Well, I got my Rota RB's re-fitted. :))

Saturday morning I removed the rear bumper and fitted my alloys in preparation of having the arch work done.

As you can see, it all looks pretty clean under there. Not bad for a 10 year old car. :)

Dan (from Arch Enemy) came over just after lunch. It took him about 3 hours in total to roll and grind the rear arches, then roll & pull the front arches (also trimming the liners).

Here are the results...

Rear arches rolled, ground and sealed (gaining about 15mm clearance):

Front arches rolled, pulled and linings trimmed (gaining 15mm-20mm clearance):

After his work yesterday, this is how the car looked:

I test fitted the rear bumper this morning and took my car out for a quick drive.
Unfortunately the un-modified bumper was rubbing quite badly at the back. :-

I quickly popped the bumper off, trimmed about 6" out of the inside and cut the liners accordingly.
Plenty of clearance now. No rubbing! ;D

Front:

Rear:

Side:

I'm really happy how it turned out.
Shouldn't have any more problems. ^-^

Yeah, you should get yours done. Plenty of clearance now. ^-^
I could go lower, but I want to keep it practical and not mess up the steering.

Can't wait to see you get your turbo build started.
It'll be amazing! Haha. 8)

Cheers Gary. ;)

The other day I decided to pull my finger out and order myself a Double Din Fascia from Honda so I can finally junk my OEM tape player and fit something a little more user friendly and modern.

This morning I got a call from my local Honda dealership, the part was in!  ;D

If anyone is interested, the Fascia cost me £58 +VAT and the part number is: 77250-SAA-000ZA.

Now all i need to do is decide on what head unit to purchase, lol.  ;)

Hi guys, first time here!

What happened to this wonderful topic, has it moved somewhere else? Its been like this for so long...
Remould, are you still modifying your car? Changed car or something?
I hope I get to see more of this Jazz evolution.
