Any one near Manchester know how to replace front bumper?

Hi everyone
  just to ask if anyone knows how to replace a front bumper? I have read it in some forums and it looks easy but I'm too afraid to do it myself, just to see if anyone know could offer me help and I will pay u for it! Also I have an gd1 ice blue front bumper for sale not damage just some scratches and need to be repaint before fitting on it 20 pounds and you can have it, I don't really need it as I got a brand new one to replace....

Hi X.
Though I am nowhere near Manchester it really is very easy to change the front bumper... There is one self tapping screw on the front of each side wheel arch and a row of plastic pegs along the top and underside of the bumper - just pull out the middle of the button on each to remove - take the top centre one out last while you support the unit ... just watch out for the wires to the foglamps if fitted, and the  outside temp sensor which is clipped to the bumper
