Today, I booked my car in for a service, by phone.
The Service Receptionist agreed the date was fine with them, and started chatting about which service was required. They said its due Service 6 which is a major service. I mentioned that its due a CVT fluid change and the Receptionist checked the records and said it was last changed at 14k. My car is nearing 50k now, and the CVT fluid should have been changed on the last service which would have been covered under the Service Plan, but now its looking like I may have to pay for it. I will argue against it, and take it to Honda UK if need be, but hopefully they will agree to my point of view.
