Are there any LED bulbs you can put into the jazz without special adaptors? I'm trying to reduce battery usage as I dont do long journeys and the radio/dashcam is draining it too much.

May I suggest you have a battery/charging problem. I use the radio and dashcam, do short journeys, AND switch ignition off at long lights, and I never have a problem with drain on the system.
