It seems a bit pricey, however, a quick look on Auto Trader will show most of the examples at £500-£800 have mid to serious rust problems visible even in the photos provided by the sellers and are trade-ins sold as seen.
If you could find a rust free example in good mechanical order it would be worth a bit more as you would get a few more years out of it.
A service history and repair receipts are a good indicator of a car that has been well maintained but does not tell you if there is anything currently wrong with the car.
If it's got rust on it don't even consider it at this price.
